Kent V. Snyder
Kent V. Snyder is the owner of Snyder & Associates, PC. He received his bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology in 1975 from Kansas State University and his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in 1978. Since 1981, he has practiced exclusively in the area of bankruptcy, emphasizing compassionate legal representation for business and consumer debtors. Mr. Snyder holds certifications from the American Board of Certification as a specialist in both business and consumer bankruptcy law; is a former director of the American Bankruptcy Institute; a director of the Council of Certified Bankruptcy Specialists and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Among other community activities, Mr. Snyder serves on the Sustainable Development Commission of Portland / Multnomah county, is a member of the Board of Director of the International Sustainable Development Foundation, and is President of the American Leadership forum of Oregon.

Gary Marcy
Gary Marcy is an associate at Snyder & Associates, PC . He received his Bachelor of Arts from Portland State University, his Master's degree from the American Graduate School of International Management and his J.D. from Northwestern School at Law of Lewis & Clark College. He is an active member of Oregon and Washington bars and is admitted to Oregon and Washington Federal District Courts. Mr. Marcy is also a member of both Oregon and Washington Bars' debtor/creditor sections.
Since 1996, Mr. Marcy has practiced exclusively in the area of debtor's rights/bankruptcy. This experience includes personal, business and corporate bankruptcies, personal and business tax bankruptcies and workouts. |

Jonathan C. Kuni
Jonathan C. Kuni is an associate at Snyder & Associates, PC. In 2000, he graduated with high honors from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. In 2003, he received a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. Through studies in Louisiana and France, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of codal legal systems. Mr. Kuni is an active member of the Oregon Bar and is admitted to the Oregon Federal District Courts.
Mr. Kuni has considerable legal and non-legal experience. His legal background includes debtor's rights/bankruptcy, personal injury, discrimination, toxic exposure, and family law. His non-legal experience is derived from owning and operating businesses in Missoula, Montana. |
